: Good location for visiting Vancouver
: Asked for a quiet room, but they put us next to the lift with a noisy air conditioning unit outside the window. Don’t the staff know which rooms are quiet or do they give you a noisy room out of spite !

  : The location was good!
: Our room smelled like bad foot odor. After two days and thinking it might be one of us we realized the A/C was the source. Hotel staff put an ozone machine but did not fix the source of the smell from the A/C. 10PM at night we were moved into a new room.

: The cleaners were so kind and the rooms were cleaned daily. They clean until 4 pm so you don't have to wake up early if you don't want to. and the resteraunt in the hotel has great food! Pricey tho.
: Online I couldn't reserve the room I wanted and I had to pay when I got there which was also a bummer the room that suits two double beds which is what they gave us because they stated that's all they had left was so small and uncomfortable I think in the future I would not book here because I want to be able to reserve the room I want. Ahead of time when there is no option allowing you to do that online it's frustrating. When I was booking online there was a deluxe big room with one big double bed which I tried to reserve then it stated when I arrive at my location I will be able to book it then well that wasn't the case we got there and 2900.00$ later ended up staying in this extremely small room with two double beds which was horrible for us. The price should of been less for this and it included nothing. And watch for anything listed stating city view it's most likely a view of another building across the street happened twice now with our booking. And the washroom was meant for literally one person door opens into the shower and mirrors are all like tinted brown so you can't do your makeup bathroom Lighting was awful too.

: I liked the location. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.
: The refrigerator in the room was not working. Upon opening the door a smell came out that almost made me throw up. A microwave would have been nice.

: The Concierge, an Indian woman in her 50s, Margaretha, but that’s not her name! but it was something like that, was absolutely fabulous and couldn’t have been more helpful. The same goes for the Asian doorman with a short three or four letter name. They both should be given GOLD stars for their helpfulness, friendliness, efficiency etc. My travelling companion and I couldn’t praise them enough.
