  : The location is good.
: The restaurant, bar and lounge were closed Friday and Saturday for private functions. One of the main reasons we booked was so we could relax in the lounge before our Alaskan cruise. When we asked the staff on Friday about the facilities we were told they would be open Saturday, but the next day they were closed as well. Very disappointing. Staff did not seem to care, they did not even offer compensation. For the money it was a bust. They are not equiped to handle events without inconveniencing their guests. The Grandville Hotel was our special Vancouver getaway, no longer, we won't be back. Should have stayed elsewhere.
