: Great on room comfort & restaurant superb food & service All staff v friendly, helpful & courteous
: Room little small for 2 double beds. Only criticism is that bath / shower didn't drain well. We did request to be sorted during our 9 day stay but was not.

: Steps from the public market, restaurants and shops, and located on False Creek. You’re right on the water and have access to nice walk/bike paths around the marina. Our room had a beautiful view of the marina and the restaurant patio.
: The walls are very thin; on the first night I heard the next door guests’ voices and surrounding room doors opening and closing during the night. Our room was on the second floor and off the patio of the connected restaurant. There was a wedding reception last night (2nd night) that went on until at least midnight- I could hear wedding guest conversations and laughing outside my window on the patio and the base of the music was super loud. Not sure why I wasn’t warned or why I was placed right next to the patio if they knew a party was going to take place the day after we checked in. Very annoying.

: The food was good and the breakfast staff are wonderful.
: That was the worst bed I have slept on. In a hotel in a very long time. The towels were old

: Location was great for easy access to water taxis to ride around False Creek. Easy access to shops and restaurants on Granville Island.
: Didn't like the location of our room due to being below the front door and was very noisy when the bar closed as everyone came out and were very loud.

: Breakfast vouchers were a bonus .. just ask for them at reception The room was great, clean and serviced well daily The location was superb and the views were amazing
: A seating area to have a quiet drink at the end of the evening would have been great

: Very friendly staff; Allowed us early check-in privileges; excellent location on the East end of Granville island with views of False Creek, and downtown Vancouver. Really good restaurant.
: Parking on Granville island is a little restricted although the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we could park near the hotel and the parking rate was quite reasonable for Vancouver.
