  : Worst place ever. Worst staff, old equipment, tiny bath with low quality material. SUPER noisy. Guests won’t take care about the hours. I woke up more than 5-6 times during night because of noise of other guests.

  : Kirin at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. So was the Manager Shaun . Breakfast was very basic and could be improved. The garden was Lovely and well kept
  : Lot of noise upstairs from people until midnight. Sounded like heavy boots thumping around and furniture being moved around.Should have times allocated for works on property if it was so. Public transport though accessible was much too far to travel for tours or sightseeing. Shower was too small for a big person

  : The garden was beautiful. Front desk was very thorough. The breakfast was typical for the accommodations: boiled eggs, pastries, bagels. Coffee was good.
  : The room needs a serious top to toe cleaning.

  : The hotel had a very pretty courtyard garden that was very well cared for, it's a shame that the rest of the property was not given the same attention! Staff were polite & helpful.
  : Our room was very dark, dreary, scruffy & dated & needed a good clean. The rest of the property was not much better. There was an outside door next to our room which banged noisily whenever anyone came in. The hotel appears to have an ant problem as quite a number found their way into our room! I hope the hotel was not in danger of falling down as what appeared to be diy wooden scaffolding seemed to be holding the building up on one side of the courtyard! There was no mention of this to guests. A barely adequate breakfast was served in two dark rooms with no windows & two televisions blaring. The area was very run down.

  : Convenient location to other areas I wanted to visit.
  : Please assist next guest in line who is waiting to be checked in, not another guest who has come down to ask a question; they can wait, just as anyone who is and has been waiting to be assisted. (This was only during check-in, all other staff after this was great.)
