: Very comfortable, well appointed suite with numerous extras and special touches. Good communications. Decor was fab.. very Florentine look.
: Had trouble working the coffee pot, but it would be me that’s the problem!

  : Central location
: Rather small room now in need of refreshing.

Traveller Type: young couple
: Wine, fridge, microwave, wine glasses, friendly staff, cork screw and cutlery
: a little bit banged up and getting a little old. Still nice, well appointed comfortable room. A little noisy near the elevator.

: The location and the view were spectacular. The suite was comfortable with nice personal touches (a free local cell phone, real ground coffee for the coffee maker, etc), and everything was well maintained.
: My only quibble is with the bathroom cleanliness. Someone needs to dust up at the higher elevations and maybe replace the a.c. vent. But the fixtures themselves were clean.Note that on the weekend the Financial District isn't as lively as some other parts of town. Some eateries aren't open Saturdays or Sundays.

Traveller Type: young couple
: The room offered the comforts of home. The toaster, microwave, fridge, robes and many other touches included in the room that made this stay comfortable. The bed was wonderful.
: We noticed right away that the toilet water level was high. Sure enough it overflowed but The owner was on it right away Which made unfortunate situation not a big deal at all.

Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Location is good.
: Room is a little small but manageable. Housekeeping was off. While the door sign says house keeping in progress , was unclear if you put this outside door to invite housekeeping. Texted housekeeping daily. Every day there was something left out not clean like washroom garbage not emptied , coffee pots not washed so had to open filter section - stuff like this throw you off. Housekeeping texts were not always professional like “ hey the girl is on the way “. We don’t know one another just be courteous in replying back.
