Disappointing

Traveller Type: young couple
: The hotel is near the Otsuka Station and the room has a jacuzzi in the bathroom.
: We get the room for the smokers, so the bad smell of cigarettes were everywhere. There was no key to the room and staff automatically locked the door. If you want to go out, you have to call them. This was really creepy for us, when we stuck in the locked room, or leave it open when we went out. There was no English guide for the cooler, so it was really hot in the room.

: The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Was a 10min walk to JR train station. Food and convenience stores are near the station so not too far away.
: The bed wasn't that comfortable, I found it very springy and hard. The interior was very old. Also the rom has no key so to get out of the room you need to contact reception every time you leave.

: The room was amazingly huge and was equipped with a lot of funny accessories. The breakfast was very extensive.
: The room was completely locked from the inside, you needed to call the front desk to let them open your room. Not all of the staff spoke English, so getting out of your room was sometimes quite a challenge. The room itself was cleaned, but they missed a few spots, so a little bit more attention and effort is needed. The location was not ideal.

: Well it was very cheap. Very discreet reception, they give you a print out with the rules and the room number and the elevator will wait for you and when you get out the room number will be flashing on the wall with the arrow to follow. There was a lock on the door to close it (but the door will only be open by calling to the reception and asking to unlock). Read in the elevator that the 5th floor is non-smoking and maybe the experience would be slightly different, but we got the 4th floor. The room is spacious and there are more amenities than in the normal hotel, including hair curler. At the reception they will show the picture to chose the breakfast (american or japanese) and ask you which time to serve (it will be delivered to your room at chosen time). in the fridge you can take 1 free bottle of water. But this is it - quite positive on paper, in reality...
: The room smells bad, not only cigarettes but all kinds of the body liquids. The mattress was stained with blood under the pillow (after that I just stopped looking around), AC blows hell and just into the bed, you can open the window but there is a train tracks nearby making it impossible to sleep with the open window. Air purifier, perfume spray, AC and an open window do not help against the stinking of the room. Japanese breakfast was very salty: miso soup, rice and salmon - all of it, very salty and I thought Japanese would be a better option. Only iced coffee as an option - you can heat it in the microwave provided in the room. And don't look for the dust or dirt, because you will find it. My first and last stay in love hotel.

: Am interesting place to stay. Exceptional value and they bought breakfast to our room.
: The door locked itself and we couldn’t get out without phoning the hotel. Could be a safety issue
