Very Good

Traveller Type: young couple
: The view is very nice! I asked the hotel to put me in higher floor and they gave me a room with a very nice view. I could also get into the room almost 1 hour earlier than the check-in time which is very nice.
: I stayed in King deluxe room and the amenities are not that good despite the price that I have to pay for this room. also, I went to dinner in Seascape Terrace Dining but probably it was not the right timing because most of the food is so cold and we couldn’t even finish it because it tastes quite bad. The receptionist staff when I check-in is also a bit impolite and not using proper Japanese honorifics to me, probably because she knows I’m not Japanese?

: Because of the location, this hotel has always been one of my favorites in the world. The view from the balcony has always been breath taking. This time we traveled for our honeymoon, the room they gave us totally exceeded my expectation. The giant balcony with the view of Rainbow bridge made us so happy and we took pictures with wedding dress on the balcony. The rest of the room is also spacious. which is rare in Tokyo. Definitely highly recommend this place to couples. They have staff speaking English there 24 hours, we had a few late night and early morning requests, they always accommodated us quickly.
: The iron in the room is really hard to use. The Aqua Zone was under construction during our visit, we didn't know it until we arrive. We were really looking forward to use it.

: Far from the centre and the sights of Tokyo. Not good restaurants nearby.

  : Locality is perfect
: The food range in the executive club lounge is extremely poor for vegetarians and those that do not eat pork or beef.
