: The hotel located right outside the train station, close to most vicinities, beautiful balcony view, spacious and clean room/bathroom. In-hotel restaurants were nice (on the pricy end). Porter was very polite and much more helpful than the receptionist who was probably not in a good mood that night(12/7/2019).
: The receptionist on the night I checked in was rather unfriendly, so I ended up bringing all my questions to the porter.

: They upgraded our room for free because we got married on the day
: Additional costs for spa / pool were not meeting expectations for the price of about 4000yen per person

  : Breakfast was very good!
: Long check in, rather poor service by Japanese standards. Would be an okay 5* hotel elsewhere, but compared to other similarly priced options in Tokyo the Hilton is well below average. I’d recommend it only if you don’t want to feel like you’re in Japan. Selected a room with breakfast included in booking.com and was told that my reservation didn’t include breakfast - had to “fight” the staff to solve the issue. Definitely not 5* service, let alone in Japan. I will likely avoid other hotels of this brand and will definitely steer clear of their offers in Japan due to the much, much better offers around.

: Stayed 2 nights at the end of a 2-week Japan whirlwind, mostly b/c of convenience to Haneda and lots of souvenir shopping next door. This is a luxury-type experience, with pricing to match. Menu pricing in restaurants was in the $US30-50 per person range, but we were given 30% off as hotel guests. They called it a summer promo but maybe a year-round thing. Food at the Chinese restaurant on-site was excellent; buffets were good but not stellar. Traveling with 2 teenagers, we preferred to eat in one of the many nearby mall restaurants. Room was huge, w/balcony with lovely view of the bay. Beds extremely comfortable. Disappointed that pool is fee-only, and about $US35 per person with taxes, which was not made clear beforehand. We ended up not using it. Overall, a lovely hotel for a getaway, but a bit high-end for families unless money is not a concern.

: Everything. The room was spacious, had a balcony with a view of the waterfront and Tokyo skylines ( skyscrapers). There was a gym open 24hours

: Hilton is Clearly “against” Booking.com as they announce “no point” as booked through booking, no shortening of the stay as also through booking
