: very nice location, helpful staff.
: We had a double room. It was quite cold (but second blanket helped). The bunk bed was quite noisy and in general the room was quite worn. It would have been nice to have at least a shelf or some hooks to put a jacket on. Otherwise a typical hostel, after all the price was reasonably low.

: Gratis ontbijt met genoeg keuze en doordat het rustig in het hotel was had ik een 4-persoonskamer voor mij alleen. En een super locatie!

: The private room is not small and the bed was ok
: They give you limited wifi, so if you had a long day visiting the city and want to relax and watch some Netflix before sleep FORGET ABOUT IT. They only offer 300mb and that's nothing!!! You will have to pay for the wifi and they should put this info on the description!! The building is pretty old and the toilet on the 3rd floor is always wet!

: The manager was friendly and gave us good tips. They changed my sheets and gave us new towels for free on request. Toilets and showers were clean enough. Room looked as advertised on the website. It was only a 5 minute walk to Kings Cross station where you could easily catch the train into central or to Bondi for a decent price.
: We had a “deluxe private room,” but when we arrived back to our room from a day of activities the door had been left propped open. It was obvious this had been done by a staff member as the bins had been changed. This was frustrating as all our stuff were on display. Luckily we had read previous reviews and locked up our stuff before we went out it was disappointing to find that the other reviews were true. When we reported this to the receptionist she said she was sure no one could have gone in as she was on the desk (she had headphones in and watched a movie). The hostel itself was noisy at night, with a few patrons who live there believing it is their right to make noise to the early hours of the morning I.e 3 am. You can’t complain to the staff because the staff are also living in the hostel. The staff lacked the professionalism you would expect at a hostel (except for the manager) or any accommodation.
