  : Nothing
: The room wasn’t clean properly, cockroaches around. They gave me sheets in the reception when I arrived but just sheets, no blanket, no pillow. Do you really wanna know how was the toilet and shower room ? TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING. The whole place it’s pretty old, the people gross, I just could resist there 2 nights, but I thought to leave 5 min after checked in. I am still in the city, in a different place of course and I never wanna come back there.

: It is a great location, if you like to walk, you can basically walk to all the main sightseeing places. Staffs are so nice there, although they respond my message online two days after I left.
: It’s quite a poor condition. The bathroom door was broken, the pillow on the bed was yellowish, and room smelled weird.

: Free Breakfast. That is all.
: Firstly the place just felt incredibly unorganized. Initially on arrival I couldn't enter the building, the receptionist shouted use your key'of which I obviously didn't have one. I would have thought this would be rather common for visitors to be turning up for the first time so why would the first encounter be to shout use your key?Secondly, I paid through Booking, and on arrival I had to prove this to the receptionist who was trying to double charge me. I said I had paid, and he said no you haven't that's just reference. I had to open my banking app and show the exact amount that had been deducted from my bank account as proof of matching my booking? This is a serious issue that needs addressing.Thirdly, the receptionist couldn't find a key for me, spent 5 minutes checking draws and cupboards - is this a joke? Surely all keys for all rooms including spares are in one safe and organised spot, surely?! Well when I finally had an unmarked spare key given to me I had to pay a $30 key deposit.. This price is absurd! it costs $2 to have a key cut, and the way they store them was beyond unacceptable in my opinion.Fourth, I was given sheets and told where to go for the room, and when arriving the door was ajar, full to the rafters of clothes and bags, underwear and towels all across all of the beds and simply put was a total state. I checked to make sure and sure enough none of these beds were available.I returned to reception and asked for confirmation there was a free bed, to which I was told 'whoops no that room is full we didn't check someone out I can see from the system'- wouldn't that information be obvious when checking me in? When not finding the key for me? When checking the room's availability and the state the bed should have been for my arrival? This means the bed was never checked at all.Fifth, when leaving a new receptionist also tried to charge me for the night when i was leaving..
