: We wanted Saturday night accommodation and the price was very competitive. The location was reasonably convenient to darling Harbour for our harbour cruise
: No parking on site. I valet parked. It takes at least 30 mins to get your car back. The priority check in for AccorPlus members was not manned so no priority was given. They didn’t give the free drink voucher. I booked a package that included breakfast but the restaurant didn’t have my breakfast as prepaid and I had to wait while this was sorted out.

  : Comply bed close location
: Toe nail clippings on my floor. They didn’t have original booking and it was a drama to locate it through B.com. I’m certain my stat had brekky included? Don’t know what happened. So they never vacuumed before my stay. You expect more for $1000+ stay. The cleaner Came in my room at 9.25 and I was in my underwear to clean up the room!? I was busy on an important call, then came again at 9:50 I explained that check out was 10am. The day before thy didn’t even clean my room!!!!

: The room > cleanliness, space, view, good size bathroom. Great location.
: Breakfast was very busy. Seems like there wasn't enuf busking staff > when I went of juice, there were no glasses, for the meal, there were no plates, for cheese there were no crackers. The sections just ran out of stuff and there was no-one to replenish in a timely fashion. Clearing tables was also slow, and when it was done there was a large backlog of dirty crockery\cutlery to be cleaned, which obviously impacted the availability of same. The "cooking area" was very crowded cuz thatz also where you get cereals and toast and bakery. Such a small space for so many people. Finally, I am an Accor Member. I have been for quite a while. I was very disappointed to find that as I made my booking thru a 3rd party, my custom at the hotel was not appreciated. I was told that I did not qualify for points during my stay. As a member who you are trying to motivate to stay at Accor Hotels, worldwide,.........anytime I stay at one of your hotels should be recognised accordingly. This policy sucks actually !
