: The bed was great. Really appreciated the aircon and the tv. It was spacious and clean
: The pipes under the sink leaked a lot of water all over the floor and the shower didn’t drain well so the whole bathroom floor was wet but that could be easily fixed

: Very clean bathroom and room itself. Comfortable bed. Tv in the room as well as air condition- bonus on a hot day! Giovanni was lovely and extremely helpful! High professionalism! Thank you!
: Banging noise of air condition when on high level ( has to be switched to low cooling level but that was enough anyway) I also didn’t quite like the area where hotel was located.

: Lift often not working. General cleanliness was poor and only very basic crockery and cutlery. No tea towel, fridge had broken leg. Reception area grotty and place seemed full of seedy looking people. Area had many alcoholics and people on drugs. Bathroom dad broken tile on floor where one stood. air conditioning not working. Carpets and flooring throughout dirty and in poor condition.

: The lift didn't work. The building was very shabby . The room didn't match the picture I saw when I booked. In all it was very run down.

: Absolutely nothing other than not being burgled.
: Where to start. We arrive and the hotel tell us we don’t have a room, with no genuine reason given despite booking months in advice. We then have to walk with all our luggage to another hotel, before returning for our final night, which the only benefit was that it was free for this night. However, when we arrived to check-in, another group where being turned away, and the local addicts where gathered in the reception area or just outside, making the place seem very shady. The corridors resemble the Shining, the lift barely worked and was disgusting, the room had smashed lights, a curtain that only partially covered the window as it appeared to be half of a set, there was a foul stench that smelt like human excrement, but other than that, it was fine. If I got offered to stay here for free again, I’d disappear from the face of the earth to avoid doing so.

: Close to train station. Enjoyed walking around the area; didn't know it was considered the "red light" district. Lots of shops, reasonable food in the area. Place had seperate bedroom which was nice when one person wants to sleep in.
: Elevator was not working (Have a feeling it was out for a long time as sign was old) and they would not help in carrying up large suitcases. Instead of putting us (older couple) on the 1st level; we were up on 4th floor! Building was old and needed deep down scrubbing; not just mopping. Said breakfast, but it was only a roll left on sink before we arrived, not replenshed for second day.
