: I loved the stellar customer service from Ray and Jarwin! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ray who sent me a WhatsApp message soon after my flight landed. Unfortunately, the sweet older taxi driver from the airport didn't know how to get to Heritage @ Boat Quay and we got lost. I called Ray. She kindly (and patiently) walked him through how to find Heritage. She then stood on the street & sent photos of the exact spot. When we finally arrived, I felt like an old friend was greeting us. At this point (~9:15pm), it was well past the check-in deadline which ended at 8pm. But Ray interacted with me as if she had all the time in the world and that getting me settled was her only concern. She didn't rush or show any hint of irritation. Her welcome made me feel immediately at home. Her colleague, Jarwin, who was my "guest manager," continued the stellar customer service. He came to personally introduce himself the next day so I would know who he was & told me I could contact him for any reason. His upbeat attitude, can-do spirit and genuine care was a joy. He checked in on me daily (via WhatsApp and/or in person) going out of his way to ensure I was enjoying my stay. What impressed me was that he checked-in regularly without being intrusive. It's a fine art to provide personalized care without coming across as over-bearing and Jarwin did so with ease. The room was a very pleasant surprise: spacious, high ceilings, great storage, free Netflix and Hulu access, comfortable bed and a good sized fridge plus all the pots/pans/dishes necessary to cook. And the bathroom is a good size. The free washer/dryer at the end of the hall and the rooftop bar with beautiful views of the river & the city were just icing on the cake.I've travelled a lot (been to every continent except Antarctica) and I've stayed in everything from hostels to 5-star hotels. Heritage Apartments is now on my favorites list.
: The dryer takes a very long time to dry (cotton cupboard dry setting is almost 2 hours) and still leaves clothes damp. And the shower rod in my bathroom detached itself occasionally...which was a very minor issue that did not detract me from loving my stay. A quick aside, Jarwin told me Heritage @ Boat Quay will undergo renovations. I was surprised because the rooms are in great shape. But then I realized Heritage @ Boat Quay is so committed to providing their guests with excellent experiences that maintaining the status quo is not enough. From that perspective, it makes perfect sense why they're renovating and is another reason why I can't wait to return!

: Perfect apartment with perfect location. Walk distance to all places you would want to visit. The stay was made pleasant by the manager - Jarwin - as well, who made sure I had everything I needed and helped me regarding where to eat and go.

: Host (Jerwin) was great and very responsive and communicative. The location is the best part. I was worried about the sound from nearby pubs, but the soundproofing (double paned windows) worked well.
: The washer and dryer were not great. My clothes were still damp after running them through 2 cycles in the dryer. But this may just be a Singapore humidity thing?
