  : I will say the Bellman went over and beyond to get us settled in our room and be helpful.
  : I was disappointed that the furniture needed to be updated . Also our room was not cleaned the next day. It reminded me of a time share.

  : It was on the ocean.
  : Rooms were small for family. The water pressure was low. The sink stopped up. The outside rooms felt like you were at a motel. The elevators were slow and small. Wasn’t what I expected for a Hilton hotel.

  : breakfast was subpar for a Hilton Property, some foods ice cold (blueberry pancakes), asked for substitute with plain pancakes, advised it would be extra in addition to the overpriced buffet price we paid. Oatmeal very watery, and bacon mostly fat....sausages were cooked but did not appear to be as there was no "crisp" or char on them, very pale and rubbery.
  : None of it was very good, we went next door and got something decent to eat at Starbucks see below for comments on Guest Experiences: Did NOT LIKE the guest experience rep (?Nate) who left a message for us to come down and get an additional present for just being a Hilton Honors Member. Never could find him at desk, always at Break, and on the day we left I found out why as I stood outside waiting for my husband to get the car. He is constantly in the smoking area out front that guests use, and I actually walked over to him and commented I assumed this was why I could never find him at his desk. His response was "well, I am doing double - duty - stretching my legs and getting a smoke break." He did come inside only to try to sell me membership for the condos, a vacation package etc. I think that is just blatent bait and switch advertising, and felt it was intrusive. When I declined he did give me 250 points.
