family with young children
: Overall, the room was clean, neat, new. Interesting layout and maximum use of space. Temperature was easy to adjust--not too hot. Breakfast was a plus! This place is adjacent to the Tanger Outlets and a bunch of other shopping/eating places. You enter and exit through a stoplight, and there's a gas station RIGHT there conveniently. Because I know how to get around the beach area and where to park, etc., our drive to the beach itself was minimal. Easy parking. Happy to find a place that would allow our perfectly well behaved and trained dog stay!
: Not enough towels-requested more and they were VERY nice. The bed was most uncomfortable and moving even an inch made it creak loudly. I was in Rm. 125 on bottom floor right beside the men's bathroom and near a service area where there was LOTS of traffic. There was obviously a large group staying above us that sounded like they ran back and forth for hours---we should have complained but chose not to, thinking it was a family and holiday weekend. People--all of them--walking by our room were just loud. I had so little sleep, that I had to take a nap before I checked out---most of this could not be helped by hotel staff, and we did not complain on site. I suggest asking for a room on the end and upstairs. I was not told of pet charge until I was checking in--no mention of specific charge stated on booking.com or their website. (Only "charges may apply"). Dog info was shared when I booked but was not told I would be actually charged anything. $340 (ish) for one night is pricey for me, even on a holiday weekend! No hot tub. Hotel needs 2 waffle makers, because waiting 15 minutes to use the one (when it was not even busy yet) is too long. The guy in line behind me agreed-a simple addition. When we packed to leave, I saw a guy by his car who completely changed his clothes-ugh.
