: Very conveniently located with bus and tube access. With aircon in the hot summer. Lots of restaurants on the street the accommodation is located at. Helpful and responsive receptionists.
: Faulty facilities (aircon, kitchenette, boiler), but they were fixed efficiently fortunately. Lousy cleaning service, bedsheets changed every four days, on the days when the sheets aren’t changed, don’t be surprised to see your own hair on the pillow etc. Stains on clean sheets found often. Newly bought items once lost after one occasion, after reporting to reception, items found the next day unexplained. Need climb stairs, suggested by reception to pay cleaners £10-15 for their help in moving suitcases upstairs.

: The room was large and clean. Unfortunately there we could hear music from a nearby bar or club until 7am.
: Receptionist was rude and unfriendly when we arrived.

Very Good

Traveller Type: review category group of friends
: Storage space, wi-fi, TV, hairdryer, bathroom space, mirrored wardrobe cabinet (with three guests you need more than a single bathroom mirror), street view, natural light, and the fact that the second double bed has been replaced for a new one
: Supplies for kitchen paper towel, toilet paper and towels were a tiny bit erratic, bathroom shelf partially blocks access to sink, the toiletries shelf in the shower needs replacing for something with a solid bottom (the travel sized toiletries I use keep falling through the wire structure). There should be a kitchen knife for cutting bread, and a couple of jugs for tea would also be useful. The short ground floor entry passage could do with a protective roof - it was quite inconvenient rummaging for the keys in the pouring rain. Finally, lugging heavy suitcases up the stairs is a big pain but that probably can't be helped :)
