  : Payment was by cash which was not clear from the web site listing. Furthermore, an email message was received saying Credit Card could not be processed, leading me to waste time and effort to contact my bank. Towels were of poor quality and not enough soap or shampoo for two nights.

  : The apartment was large.
  : No reception at the building and nobody waiting to check us in. Had towait for someone to arrive. Once in the apartment it had not beencleaned, the ashtrays were still full of cigarettes. There were noclean towels available and we had to wait 4-5 hours for towels to beprovided before we could shower after a long trip. Wifi did not workfor the entirety of our stay. Overall the service for this propertywas the worst I have ever seen. And even after all this was brought tothe attention of Booking.com the owner of the property still did notacknowledge the issues and offered nothing to compensate for them.Instead, Booking.com kindly offered us a 20% discount to compensatethe problems.
