: Was very hard connect with the host. After 6:00 pm the customer service phone number was disconnecting. One hour left to arrive I had to called them and fill in a form to obtein the door code. You have to clean almost everything before to leave, so why I pay for cleaning on the final bill?. The property say that you have wash machine and dishwasher but you have to buy the soup capsules to used it.

: we stayed for 6 days but was only provided 2 toilet papers, requested addtl one over the phone, they said we're going to receive an email but never receive anything incl. toilet papers. garbage bag was so thin and they only provide 1 bag for 6 days?pots and pans were worn out and no frying pan. no dish washer detergent to clean plates and no sponge as well.
