  : At this hotel good was only weather and mini disco for kids in the evening, other things absolutely does not met Hilton standards and was very uncomfortable.
  : During the check-in they charged me early check-in 50 EUR, even the room was available without any previous guests. I asked the hotel to give me room close to the kids pools, as my son will be whole day at the swimming pool or at the beach. They gave me the room exactly at the opposite site of the hotel resort, so finally we must walk over 500 metres to get to the kids pools and to the beach and same on the way back. I choosed this hotel to have direct access at the resort to the beach and pools, not have to cross the street. What I was surprised, that the booking.com does not mention, that at this resort accommodation is across the main road from the hotel. For that reason kids are not aloud to walk alone from the room to the pools and back, all the time they have to be accompanied by their parents. Next to our room was the wall connected to the next hotel resort, where they had till late night outdoor music events, so our kid and us had problem to fall a sleep even at 11 pm. When you asked a golf car to take you from the reception to your room, as after dinner your kid fall a sleep, receptionist let you wait over 10 minutes with kid in your lap. Hotel mentioned kids club, which should be open daily from 3 pm to 5 pm. Reality was, that the club was closed, we wait there one hour for somebody who will came to open, contacted reception three times, but they only repeated that they will send somebody and nobody came in the end. I recorded video and showed it to the night manager of the hotel. He told me, that he will took appropriate action from that. In the end he did nothing. Nobody said even sorry. Only what you can expect at this hotel is nonstop approaching to you sale representatives to offering you massage, diving, ride a camel, mot bike trip or whatever else 20 times a day even you told them 19 times that you are not interested. Poor food without taste, switched off water slides, reconstruction in progress, absolutely out from Hilton standards. Not recommended

  : Great location in middle of the strip and great ocean views. The cafeteria staff was great and food (breakfast and dinner) were delicious. Food service staff was awesome. very friendly and welcoming!
  : I am a Hilton Honors member but was told since booked through Booking.com I would not receive any of the Hilton Honors points, which i understand and was ok with. But then I was told I could not access the Hilton Honors wifi and had to purchase for a daily charge even though I have always had wifi for free and did not understand why was not allowed to use the wifi. I was told I had to use a public wifi in lobby which was really slow and not really working. It was a hassle because I was unable to check in for my flight and when I shared this with front lobby staff was told there was nothing they could do. When I asked the guest relations a question about snorkel tours, I was asked my room number and was told I didnt book directly but through outside website. I was unsure what this had to do with me being a guest. At times it felt like I was a second class guest because did not book through Hilton.com and instead booked through Booking.com even though I am a Silver Hilton Honors member and member for 10+ years. I have been to many Hiltons in different countries and cities and never had a negative experience until this stay. I am not a picky person or write this out of anger. I only hope that Hilton management reads this and perhaps do a bit more with reception/guest relations staff training. The service staff at buffet for breakfast and lunch were awesome and always willing to help with a big smile. Service staff could perhaps train the reception staff to be more customer oriented and friendly. Thank you.

  : The Hotel generally is very good , the front disk staff and restaurant staff cleaning staff swimming pool area and beaches staff were all helpful and very kinds. The swimming pools and the beaches are very good, food was very good too.
  : I stayed one week in the hotel one day only there were many Jellyfish, the other days were OK. The activity of animation team near the swimming pools and beaches need to be more.
