  : only the location, it is near the mall of Emirates and close to metro station
  : the room smells damp and lacks ventilation, the tv is very small and shows only 2 English channels, the staff takes forever to bring towels, seats are quite limited at the breakfast, nothing is provided in the toilet except for soap and tissues, for some reason the booking was made for a single guest through booking.com and I had to pay for my wife at the hotel (which made up the total price of taking a better hotel) and still every day they kept telling me that booking is for one person. one night when I came back to the hotel with my wife, I went up to my room and saw no towels ( this was the 2nd time they did not put towels in my room) I called up housekeeping to bring me 2 towels, the housekeeping guy told me that there is a guest in my room which I am not allowed in my room. I was shocked that which guest to I have in my room, and the security has told them. turned out that they were referring to my wife as a guest. I do not understand that I gave both our passports at the reception upon check-in, paid the extra cost and still, they kept telling me that and the security does not see me walking around with my wife every time and why is the security telling housekeeping department about this? do they spread gossip about guests instantly across the hotel or what?

  : Service was not up to ibis standard;1. Hotel was not informed about my booking, had to show my email of confirmation from the host.2. No one bothered to help with customers bags. 3. Smoking floor is in mess .And many others small opportunities to improve.

  : Its reasonable to stay and It’s very close to mall of Emirates only 2-3 minutes walk
  : No shuttle to the mall especially when it’s really hot outside during summer

  : Particularly helpful and friendly staff. Finny, Danel and Hanecel were great! All staff were honest, helpful, and interested in how they could help further.
  : The hotel could do with a make-over - it has that "old carpet" smell about it. It just looked tired; the room we were in was pretty small, but the beds were comfortable and it was adequate. I would not rate it as more than 3 star. I don't think there was a swimming pool - not that I could find - and the weather was pretty hot - low to mid 40s.
