: The staff was wonderful and helpful with everything. The location of the property overcame the negatives. It was on one of the most historic streets in Copenhagen. All of the houses were from the 1700s. Walking tours walked along the street throughout the day. It was convenient to everything. All of the food was good albeit a bit pricey.
: Apartment was quaint but a bit disjointed. Even on the first floor there was one steep flight of stairs. Tough lugging up big bags for us old people. You need to be family or good friends to stay there. You have to walk through two bedrooms to get to the kitchen and one bedroom to get to the only room with a double bed. There is no a/c which I think is not normally a problem. There was a heat wave while we were there. We overcame that by opening all of the windows. That kept the temperature down but the street is very popular both day and night so it was a bit noisy.

: The host was able to provide code so that we were able to enter house without meeting host.
: The neighbors were loud really late into evening. As there was no ac, we needed to leave windows open so we heard them. Also wooden floors were old and thin so there was lots of noise. The layout was annoying, certain rooms were connected so that you had to go through room to get to kitchen or bathroom. Shower was really small

: The apartment was more than adequate as a base for exploring Copenhagen. Close to Tivoli Gardens and the main shopping areas and Christmas Markets. A 45 minute walk to the little mermaid statue but easy level walking.
: The towels supplied were very rough which didn't bother me but my friend found it a problem.

: Traditional, quirky old apartment in a great location for exploring Copenhagen, perfect for 4 friends on a 2 night stay. Information and communication from the owner prior to arrival was excellent, apartment was basic but warm and the beds were comfortable, so much nicer staying in a traditional building than a modern hotel....perfect.
: Lack of mugs, only one provided not a big issue but a few more would be good.
