: I generally enjoyed my stay. The design of the hotel is really beautiful and my room was cosy and coquette-ish (is that even an adjective in English?). I enjoyed the cosmetics and other stuff they offered throughout the premises, they were very useful. Also the spa was a great addition, nothing better after a day walking around Copenhagen in miserable weather than to just chill out in the sauna.
: The rooms are not as soundproof as I would have wished. Anytime someone would come in their rooms and close the door, I would jump in fear as it sounded like someone was actually very very near. And it happened throughout the night, waking me up several times. Also the bathroom, as nice as it was, had some dark mouldy spots, which, I can understand since the room was small and probably didn't have very good ventilation but definitely not that good for such a fancy place.

: A very comfy bed with quality bed linen. Requested a room at the back and it was perfect. Very quiet
: Although tea and coffee facilities provided more milk would be useful.

: Very cosy hotel, very sweet staff. The breakfest was very good. The reception desk and the bar area was very pleasant . In the morning the elevator smelled like bacon :-)
: Much to soft bed. The readinglamp by the bed didnt work. No minifridge in room

: Breakfast was excellent, as was the location
: The room was very small and cramped. Although there was a reasonable amount of hanging space in the wardrobe, there were no drawers in which to put shirts, underwear, socks etc. Also the single socket for recharging my two phones was very inconveniently placed in relation to the bed. Obviously nobody thought about that when they crammed everything in. Also the kitchen was closed when I arrived on Sunday evening. What kind of hospitality is that?
