: Excellent location and great selection at breakfast. The hotel knew my husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and went out of their way to make it feel special! Thank you for the note, chocolates and little bottle of bubbly.

: Staff were very helpful. We arrived early and our room was not ready so without us having to ask they gave us a bunch of suggestions of things that we could do with our kids nearby. They also called us as soon as our room was ready to let us know we could come back early. Many hotels tell you they will do this but they rarely remember to. They also suggested an amazing neighbourhood restaurant for dinner which was the farthest thing from touristy. It was lovely and very child friendly. The included buffet in the morning was also a wonder start to the day. It was tasty and fresh. The kids also loved the treats on each floor which encouraged you to take the stairs rather than take the elevator. For our first few days in Copenhagen we stayed in a fancier/ corporate hotel but hands our family preferred the Andersen with it’s lovely staff and attention for detail

: The lobby attendant spoke fluent Visayan a Philippine dialect and she was truly a delight and responsive to our needs. She even helped me tape up my luggage tags for the NCL cruise. Give her a raise.
: The pillows were too soft.

: Staffs are nice and friendly. The breakfast is also ok. The hotel is small and clean.
: Location! It is not a comfortable place with younger kids. It is next to the red light disc. From station or Tivoli to the hotel, the kids have to pass adult store.

: Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly despite this is the busiest travelling season. Location is very convenient especially if you plan to go to Tivoli Garden, just a walking distance.
: The room is small but I think this is considered to be bigger than normal in Europe for 3 people.
