: Breakfast offered many choices and was well prepared. The evening meal was a pleasant perk as well, but lacked the wine and beer we’ve enjoyed at other Staybridge Suites. Fresh fruit bowl in lobby and free laundry machines! Nice work out room. All night airport limo service took us to YYC at 3:45 am!
: A/C in room blew right on to bed so it was uncomfortable trying to cool bedroom. There was a floor fan in room that we used. Bathroom floor flooded when we used shower (for disabled persons). Curtain is not sufficient to contain the water within shower stall. Lack of liquor license for evening reception. Free wi-fi but has warning that it is not secure.

: Breakfast and the fact each room is a suite.
: They have had the pool/hot tub under renovations forever. I stayed there 6 months ago and no hot tub.. this should be mentioned when you book. The temperature in my room was way too hot and controls would not fix it, maintenance did not come until next morning. I had the worst sleep ever

: I liked that it was relatively easy to find.
: I didn’t like that I booked our room on and after a long day of travelling with my four small children, we showed up at 12am to be told they didn’t have a room available for us. They were fully booked. There were others experiencing the same problem after my arrival. The front desk called around to all various hotels in the area and were told they were fully booked as well. Needless to say I was not impressed as I had a screaming toddler waiting for me the entire time they were trying to fix the mess. We ended up travelling halfway to our destination that same night and stayed in Red Deer. Honestly I don’t know who is at fault here. Staybridge or

: The a/c was broken and our room was 27° all night. It was very hard to sleep. If we had known in advance that the pool area wasn’t open, we would have booked elsewhere as that was a major part of why we booked at your hotel. The website should have had an indication that you were doing this much needed “refresh” When we were checking out and were asked how our stay was and we voiced our concerns, the man at the desk said “oh well, you should have called.” Yes, maybe we should have called at 2 am when we were exhausted and annoyed. We honestly just thought that the a/c was busted in the whole building from how muggy it was in the lobby and even the hallways. We had high hopes- we were in town for our 5th wedding anniversary. We were incredibly disappointed.

: Great location. Super easy to get to and close by to many things.
: Staff was awful. I personally saw 3 different people go down to the front desk to ask for items and the staff members response was housekeeping has left for the day. Also the pool was complete filth! Mold and missing ceiling pieces. Also hottub was
