: The valet parking was very well managed and operated. The concierge service was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. We had everything we needed and wanted. Everyone (the staff and us) was happy!
: The height of the hanging cupboards was too low and made working at the counter a challenge. The lampshade on the desk was dusty (it poofed when I bumped the lamp).

: Really lovely location, right by Prince's Island Park. It was snowing when I got there and the Park was just beautiful. The Sheraton was perfectly located for a brisk walk and then ducking back quickly into the warm! Also, with the Park behind meant that sightseeing was fairly easy and the layout of Calgary generally is easy to navigate. A good central location to access all of Calgary's far flung districts. Even in the sub-zero temperatures, Calgary is a perfect walking city, but the hotel is not far from transport links and the main shopping area. Check-in was smooth, save that I had paid in advance for the room and it took the receptionist a little while to figure that out. The suite itself was very nice. Perhaps a little dated, but I actually really liked that aesthetic. It felt homely but also clean. I liked the desk by the door and the entirely separate lounge and bedroom. It felt like I had a lot of space and was very comfortable. The bed is insane - I slept very well. The view from my window out over the snowy Park was worth the room rate by itself.
: In 2019, having to pay extra for Wi-Fi in a hotel that is already very expensive and which (from what I can gather) is mostly used by business people, seems unreasonable and excessive. That said, the Wi-Fi (which I did pay for in the end) was excellent and much better than some free Wi-Fi at other hotels.
