Traveller Type: young couple
: Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly. Location is great.
: Slowest elevators when we we were trying to check out. Underground parking is super messy due to ongoing renovations. Very hot in the bedroom of our suite. Windows in bedroom sealed shut. Breakfast sucks during renovations.

  : Location
: Noise. Placed in room next to lift. Undergoing renovation so a two bedroom unit with four adults one bathroom and no working kitchen ( not even the tap in the kitchen) . Stairs to basement to get lift to rooms. Only 2 of 3 lifts working.

: Exellent price and location. 24 hour pool was cool.
: One of the card readers in an elevator didn't work very well. Likely needs to be replaced.

: Room exceptional however bathroom extremely small and uncomfortable for such a large suite
: renovation excellent with the exception of windows . Drag racing noise on the avenue at 4 am would not have been as bad with renovated windows

  : The rooms were wonderful.
: has been given numerous updates regarding this hotel and the renovations that are being done but did not clearly state any of this on their website. I was very disappointed with and i will never use this service again as well as I will be informing all of my friends, family and social media regarding the lack information that did not inform me of. My friend con not do stairs and she had to climb up and down stairs, they had no restaurant or lounge so after driving 8 hours we could not order food or even have a cold beverage. We had to pay for parking which we were not made aware of before hand. There was no shuttle which we required. should be ashamed of themselves for not being honest instead of trying to take advantage of travelers. Shame on you
