  : Room was great, very comfortable.
  : The have complimentary tea and coffee in the room but they only have one black tea and one green tea. We both wanted black tea so that was annoying as we are big tea drinkers. Only one of each coffee as well. They could have a larger selection as it is a 2 person room.

  : Everything about the stay was very nice. The room was clean, fresh, the bed comfortable and the bedding lovely. My husband enjoyed his breakfast. All in all quite nice.
  : The staff member who handled our reservation was pompous and arrogant. I asked him to put the deposit on my credit card and the room on my debit card. He said he could not separate them. When I asked why he told me "no one has ever done that here before." So it would appear I am the only person to ever stay at this hotel who wanted to pay cash for the room while putting the deposit on credit card. Absurd. So instead I ended up putting nearly $500 on my debit card when he had my credit card info. Then he picks up the phone to call house keeping and ask them to lock the mini bar. I again asked him why and he said anyone who pays a cash deposit (of 300 dollars!! and from whom you have a credit card on file) cannot use the minibar. I asked him why he didn't wait until I had walked away or why he had not been more discreet about the call. It made me feel like some kind of pauper or vagrant that had no business staying in HIS hotel. I told him I found him to be rude and thoughtless. He shrugged. My husband and I were not impressed with him. Lastly, I was not informed about the $30 charge for parking until I was paying for it in the morning. Valet is a very nice service but I don't care for surprises. If he could take the time to lock up the minibar perhaps he could have taken some to explain the cost of parking that was not included in my $180 room charge.
