: Beautiful lobby but the restaurant was not open that day - still renovating. Great location for walking around downtown. The price was very reasonable.
: Our heating wasn't working properly so it was very hot all night. Were told we should have asked for help but we didn't know it was a problem until we were in bed.

: We said we were celebrating a special occasion and were met with a lovely card and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Everything was incredibly comfortable and spotless. We LOVED the scent of the toiletries in the bathroom and the mouthwash was a lovely touch.
: Nothing! Everything was perfect! For some reason we couldn’t work out how to turn off the bedside lamps - it took a bit more figuring than we expected!

: Elegant furnishings and appointments. True five star service from staff. Even the cleaner in the hallway remembered me the next day and inquired about my travel plans.
: It's an older railway hotel built next to train tracks. Be aware of noises from the engines as they idle at times. Avoid south facing rooms which over look the tracks. A noisy neighbour in this hotel will ruin your stay : fortunately that did not happen
